Finding the right professional to guide you through the process can be just as important.
The Italian property market is not always as transparent as buyers from the UK, North America, Australia, or Northern Europe might expect. Information can be incomplete, photography can be extremely poor, and listings are often spread across multiple websites.
Patience and persistence are essential.
Not all agents have experience working with international buyers. Few do.
A good agent understands that overseas purchasers often need more detailed information, additional guidance, and assistance navigating unfamiliar procedures.
When evaluating an agent, consider:
