Why Americans Are Buying Homes in Langhe and Monferrato

In September 2022, I wrote an article — which you can still find on these news pages — titled “American Buyers in Piedmont.”

Shortly afterwards, Jeff Marcus, a reporter for the Wall Street Journal, contacted me wanting to learn more about the growing interest from international buyers in the region. That conversation eventually led to a wonderful article being published in the Wall Street Journal in December 2022.

Following that, several Italian media outlets picked up the story. Articles and features then appeared in La Stampa, Corriere della Sera, on Rai2 TV, and on TG2 Italian TV channel.

This kind of attention is incredibly positive for the region, and honestly, we know that most people who choose to buy here never regret it.

There is one small clarification I’d like to make.

Some time after I started my business, another company appeared using a very similar name. To avoid confusion, and simply for clarity — there is no one called “Luca” working with me.

Now, we are working flat out to ensure that 2023 is not only a successful year, but also an enjoyable and productive one.

I’ve always believed strongly in offering quality and genuine value. My goal is for clients to feel successful and confident in their purchase decisions.

We believe in honesty and transparency. Nothing is hidden.

For example, we would never dismiss concerns by simply saying, “Don’t worry about it,” when an issue genuinely deserves attention. Equally, I would never insult a client, become impatient, or react badly simply because they ask difficult questions that require proper research and investigation.

Our objective is always the same: to achieve the very best possible outcome for you, and we are prepared to work extremely hard to make that happen.

I’m not a slick salesman, and I’ve never tried to be one. I genuinely enjoy working with people and helping them navigate what can sometimes be a complicated process.

What we aim to offer is simple: clear communication, no confusion, good service, and genuine care.

We are working very hard at the moment and finding many excellent properties, so please feel free to get in touch directly. Sometimes it can take a little while before new homes appear on the website, and there are occasions when we know about opportunities before they are officially listed.
