Wow! What a start to the year. I work with many people in the same field, all are experiencing the same - we're working flat out, there still aren't enough hours in the day to keep everyone happy. We are trying. I promise!
So, to answer the question I keep getting asked - how's the property market in Piedmont at the start of 2022? - It's booming like never before. Covid didn't stop it and the threat of WWIII seems to be increasing it.
The demand is for all kinds of house types - from apartments to luxury farmhouses and villas. Demand is much higher than supply so my advice is to not take too long and to be flexible with your requirements.
On a personal note, I wholeheartedly apologise if I haven't/didn't get to reply to your email requests. I have been inundated. It's impossible to keep up. Let me know you're serious. That really helps.
I have some kind suggestions:
- Don't say too much. I genuinely am interested in people and their lives but I don't have time to read long emails. I have to prioritise. That means I'm giving first place to those that visit and especially have to concentrate on those that are making offers and are buying. That makes sense, yes?
- Don't get upset. If you aren't coming, just want information and chat I have a special service. Click here to read about it. As I said at the outset, if you're bent on saying bad things about all the agents, that no one is good enough for you, perhaps you should look in France or somewhere else.
- Download my App! My son Alex built it for me and it's great. I'm actually way ahead of even big agencies on this one, so please use it. You can get updates on new things coming in without hoping I will remember you.
So, a personal note, I really wanted to reach out and tell you a little about what's going on. This war in Ukraine is sickening us but life is moving at a pace. I do want to see you, I want to help. I just beg for patience and clear signs of your seriousness. That will really help all of us.
Thanks!
Richard Edwards
