I can tell you the wines are fantastic. You won’t make a fortune from this activity but you can have your own label and for sure easily sell the wines. Local restaurants stock the wine.
There’s the production room with steel tanks, pumps etc, and the cellar with the oak barrels.
There are 12,000 sqm of vineyards, all perfectly kept.
There are around 40-50 hazelnut trees on the land.
The main heating system consists of 5 solar panels for the generation of hot water and 24 panels for generating electricity.
The heating is distributed with underfloor heating.
Heat is generated with a heat exchanger (air-to-water, Daikin R410A 16kW, COP 4,2), which is also used to cool when fermenting the wine.

Also, there is a separate air-to-air heat pump for the master bedroom (Riello AARIA MONO, 2,7kW, COP 4,0) and 3 wood burners.
