This Langhe stone house is 15km from the beautiful, famous Piedmont wine town of Canelli, and is just 70 minutes from the Liguria Coast, towns such as Santa Margherita, Alassio, Finale Ligure. Around 90 mins in the Cinque Terre.

The taxes and notary fee is a total of just €4,700 if you don't intend to get residency in the house. It's at least half this amount if you do intend to get residency within 18 months of buying.
