This small home is in the historic centre of Serralunga d’Alba, one of the 11 Barolo towns. Sure, you can get much cheaper outside of the Barolo area but this is something unique and sure to rise in value as interest in the region continues to explode.
There’s no garden or terrace to care for so maintenance is easy.
On the ground floor is a living room and a kitchen. There’s also a small WC/Laundry.
On the first floor is a bathroom and two bedrooms. There’s a small balcony with a beautiful view.
Within immediate walking distance is the castle, great restaurants (one of which I’m told is one of Sting’s favourites), cafes and many Barolo wine producers. It’s just 20 minutes from Alba.
It has great rental potential. We have the people to restore it and the right people to run the business for you. Tourism has increased more than 60% over last year and is set to rise.
Superb medieval castle, incredible views and delicious wines make Serralunga a popular spot for tourists. The castle was restored in 1950 and is very imposing. The ancient town runs a circle around the base of the castle.
