This compact home is in the historic centre of Serralunga d’Alba, one of the 11 Barolo towns. Sure, you can get much cheaper outside of the Barolo area but this is something unique and sure to rise in value as interest in the region continues to explode.

Superb medieval castle, incredible views and delicious wines make Serralunga a popular spot for tourists. The castle was restored in 1950 and is very imposing. The ancient town runs a circle around the base of the castle.
