A top London based International estate agency said this week that they aren't sending their clients to Umbria and Tuscany anymore - prices are too high and there's a much better investment opportunity that few people have noticed - Piedmont.
Prices are very reasonable and the area has so much to offer. The agency said they are expecting a boom in the region in the next 12 months.
