You've found a house you're interested in with another agency, or I don't have a house listed that suits your needs - what can you do?

I can contact the agents on your behalf, no matter who the agent is. I can even view houses for you. I'll provide an overall report and an opinon of location and the area. It can save you a fortune and a lot of heartache.

In most cases I can make an arrangement with the agent for them pay me, once you pay them the usual agency commission. This way my support costs no more than if you went it alone! One of the big obstacles to buying a home can be the real estate agent. They might want to push you into a sale without providing enough information. I can give independent assistance so you have someone on your side and expert advice.

Some smaller agencies are inadequate and the big agencies employ only pushy salespeople known for not caring, dealing badly with buyers and sellers. If they have the house you want, negotiations are difficult, and the process is almost impossible. I can guide you through it all to help you get what you want on your terms.
